Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size:

- 2 Occupants: $56,760
- 3 Occupants: $63,840
- 4 Occupants: $70,920

Rent rates are subject to change yearly based upon HUD's adjustment of the income limits for the specified area. If the area's average median income increases, rent rates will increase as well.
